It is intended for honing, finishing and superfinishing operations in light and medium processing modes where a high degree of processed surface is required. It is especially suitable for honing engine cylinders, compressor cylinders and rotary pump elements, hydraulics and pneumatics. It is used in the finishing processing of hardened and unhardened steel, gray iron, light and non-ferrous metals.
